Day 2 — Athletic Greens

Yesterday was my first day trying this supplement and I have to say, I’m feeling pretty good about it so far. For those who missed my Day 1 blog post, Athletic Greens is a dietary supplement that promises to help support overall health and wellness with its blend of superfoods and essential nutrients.

One of the things I noticed after drinking Athletic Greens yesterday was that I didn’t feel as bloated as I usually do after breakfast. I tend to be a bit sensitive to certain foods, and breakfast is often a tricky meal for me. But after drinking Athletic Greens, I felt much lighter and more comfortable than I usually do.

Another positive side effect was that I didn’t crave carbs to fill my stomach like I normally do. I tend to reach for things like toast or a bagel to help me feel full, but yesterday I didn’t feel the need to do that. Instead, I felt satisfied and energized.

That being said, I did still need a cup of coffee around noon to give me a little boost of energy. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but I do like to have a cup a day to help me stay alert. I’m hoping that as I continue to drink Athletic Greens, I’ll be able to rely less on coffee to keep me going.

Overall, I’m feeling pretty optimistic about this supplement so far. I’m excited to see how my body continues to respond to it, and I’m hopeful that it will help me feel my best both physically and mentally.
